Job summary

Right At Home Indianapolis West is seeking a caregiver coordinator who leads meet-and-greets with clients and caregivers, confirms schedules, and participates in client assessments. You will build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers through regular check-ins and respond to inquiries to convert inquiries into new clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in home care or senior care.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working some evenings and weekends.
