Honor is seeking a Client Care Advisor in the San Antonio area to guide families through the decision process for in-home care. This role blends consultative sales, care coordination, and ongoing relationship management to move inquiries to service starts and sustain engagement.

The position requires ~75% field time, with annual on-target earnings of $72,000–$80,000 and 20% uncapped monthly commission. You will collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure high‑quality service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a consultative, client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to guide clients through decisions and drive outcomes.
• Strong relationship management skills with clients over time.
• Experience owning measurable client outcomes (conversion, retention, service adoption).
• Experience leading structured conversations (discovery, needs assessment, recommendations).
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver services effectively.
• Comfort with structured systems and tools (CRM, docs standards, consult frameworks, MS Office, Salesforce).
• Operational discipline: follow-up, tracking performance, and accurate records.
• Ability to spend ~75% in the field with reliable transportation and flexible scheduling.
• Experience working with older adults and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own consult-to-start conversion by conducting high‑quality consultations.
• Lead service starts by coordinating care setup and onboarding.
• Drive retention and growth through ongoing client engagement and reassessments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to families navigating care decisions with clarity.
• Partner cross-functionally with scheduling, operations, and Care Pros.
• Use data and systems to manage your portfolio and document accurately.
• Contribute to referral relationships and local market reputation as needed.
