Honor Technology is seeking a Client Care Advisor to guide families through choosing and starting in-home care. The role blends consultative sales, care coordination, and relationship management to move inquiries to service starts and ongoing engagement.

You will conduct in-person consultations, ensure smooth onboarding, and stay connected with clients for reassessments and ongoing quality care—travelling extensively across Tarrant County to support families.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales or care coordination is preferred.
• Strong relationship-management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality consultations to understand client needs, urgency, and readiness, and translate that into clear care plans.
• Guide families from initial inquiry through service start and beyond, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement with reassessments and adapted care as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with scheduling and operations to ensure reliable execution and thorough documentation/compliance.
• Aim for high consult-to-start conversions, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Spend significant time in the field for in-person consultations, service starts, and quality visits; handle sensitive family dynamics and after-hours calls.
