Formación

• Board-certified physician with LTC experience
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, overseeing medical management
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PAs to assess and manage care
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
