This role emphasizes empathetic care, reliable teamwork, and proactive health monitoring, with responsibilities including reporting health changes to the nursing team, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• State-approved PCA/CNA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration as needed.
• Observe changes in residents' health and report to the nursing team.
• Maintain safe, clean living areas and follow infection control protocols.
