Bryson Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our compassionate team. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote dignity, independence, and a safe, comfortable environment in a vibrant senior community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of healthcare or senior-care experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a cooperative spirit. CPR/First Aid is preferred, background check and screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA/CNA or caregiver training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Help residents maintain hygiene and comfort.
• Observe and report changes in health/behavior to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Engage residents through companionship and social activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe living areas.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols; respond to emergencies.
