Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking caring Resident Assistants/Caregivers in Florida to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and meals. You will help maintain comfort and well-being, while documenting care and coordinating with health staff.

Attendance and shift differential bonuses are offered, along with other benefits to support staff wellbeing. The role may include evening and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient-focused care for residents.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals).
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Documenting tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicating urgent needs clearly to Health Care Director and next shift.
• Managing assigned tasks within the scheduled shift and adhering to policies.
