Legend Senior Living in Florida is seeking outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Resident Assistant/Caregiver. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and contribute to a warm, safe home environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, grooming, meals, and documenting tasks. The role may require evenings and weekends; prior experience is preferred but not required. We offer competitive benefits, paid time off, life insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate clearly with other staff about urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
