Legend Senior Living is seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver/Resident Assistant in Palm Harbor, FL to support our nursing team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and social engagement, contributing to overall comfort and well-being.

This full-time role features a 6am–2pm shift, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth through regular evaluations.

Competenze

• Preferred: previous experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Mansioni

• Assisting with daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond appropriately.
• Document daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate needs and concerns clearly to Health Care Director for smooth operations.
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
