Job summary

Agincare Group at Cheriton Care Home in the UK is seeking caring professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence while contributing to care plans and leading engaging activities.

We offer £13.46 per hour, a reference scheme up to £1000, fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, on-demand pay, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care certification or working towards Level 3.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Shifts available: day, night; full-time, part-time and bank contracts; alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Contribute to and review care plans
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
