Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality home care to clients in the community. You will support personal care, assist with daily routines, and provide companionship, ensuring clients live with dignity and independence.

You will also mentor new team members and help maintain care standards through spot checks. A driving licence and 40-hour commitment with flexible shifts are required. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of care experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am–10pm and alternating weekends.
• Right to work for 12 months; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor new care team members.
• Carry out spot checks to maintain care standards.

• Progress within care roles for experienced Care Assistants.

About the role:

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.

• Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong

empathy, with a caring and

• A minimum of 12 months' care experience,

compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable

• Full UK driving licence
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
