Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant at Cheriton care home in Dorchester. No experience required; full training is provided. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living, and support residents’ activities and social engagement to promote dignity and well‑being.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, 36 hours per week with alternate weekends, and benefits including a pension, on-demand pay and discounts. A great entry into care with a supportive team awaits.
