Qualifications

• Experience with seniors a plus but not required.
• Must maintain a warm telephone manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-medical comprehensive assessments.
• Develop an individualized care plan for each client with client input.
• Oversee non-medical client care and ensure quality service.
• Conduct client reassessments and follow-up visits.
• Provide training, delegation, supervision, and support to CHHAs.
