Job summary

ComForCare Home Care seeks team members to help seniors age in place with compassionate, non-medical support. The role requires someone who is energetic, well-organized, able to multi-task, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service with a warm phone presence.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors a plus but not required.

• Perform non-medical comprehensive assessments.
• Develop an individualized care plan for each client with client input.
• Oversee non-medical client care and ensure quality service.
• Conduct client reassessments and follow-up visits.
• Provide training, delegation, supervision, and support to CHHAs.
