ComForCare Home Care - Southern Middlesex County is seeking a team-oriented individual to perform non-medical assessments and develop client-centered care plans. You will oversee non-medical client care, conduct reassessments, and provide training and supervision to CHHAs, ensuring high-quality support for seniors aging in place.
