National Church Residences is seeking a Non-Certified Nurse Assistant for the Lincoln Village community in far West Columbus, Ohio. This full-time role covers 7p-7a, delivering direct resident care and assisting with activities of daily living in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting changes to supervisors, and maintaining care standards per facility policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and the internet.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program to achieve preferred education.

Aufgaben

• Performs/assists with resident direct care needs and daily living activities including lifting, turning, bathing, and assisting with mobility.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and supports restorative nursing activities.
• Communicates professionally; reports changes in residents' conditions to supervisor on duty.
• Assists nurses with tasks such as measuring vitals, weights, and documentation; helps with admission and orientation of new staff.
