Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills are strongly preferred (Spanish/English, Chinese/English, or similar).
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal and Medicare benefits is required; PACE program knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PACE IDT in coordinating services and promote participant satisfaction and retention.
• Handle inquiries, service requests, eligibility issues, complaints, and appeals with professionalism.
• Document and process participant incident reports and involuntary disenrollments as needed.
• Facilitate on-site satisfaction surveys and other center-wide participant experience activities.
• Link participants and families to community resources and referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet program goals while following regulations.
