The focus is on assisting participants with inquiries, service requests, eligibility issues (Medi-Cal and Medicare), complaints, and appeals. Responsibilities also include documentation and processing participant incident reports, processing involuntary disenrollments, and facilitation of on-site satisfaction surveys and other center-wide participant experience activities. Will assist participants and families with linkage and referrals to community resources as needed. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve program and organizational goals while adhering to established State and Federal regulations.**Minimum Requirements*** High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.* Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Social Security benefits is required.
