Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. is seeking a Senior Care Advisor in Newark, NJ to guide seniors through the PACE enrollment process, coordinating with clinical teams and family caregivers. You will act as a telephone resource, helping potential participants understand eligibility and required steps, including Medi-Cal applications.

The role involves inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and collaboration with market leaders to move clients toward enrollment and ongoing care coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; or two years’ relevant experience substituted for a degree.
• At least one year in tele sales or customer service sales, Medicare or PACE sales preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred.
• Medi-Cal knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with market leaders, clinical team and others to drive enrollment to completion.
• Guide prospective participants through the enrollment process, including Medi-Cal applications.
• Handle inbound calls, perform follow ups and conduct outbound calls to online leads.
