Job summary

Sycamore Heights Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to oversee the admissions process and lead marketing and outreach to support facility growth. You will collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing care setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate and promote clinical outcomes and metrics.
• Experience networking and coordinating community/referral events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent healthcare marketing/admissions experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador for the facility with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
• Coordinate and implement facility marketing and outreach programs to increase census.
• Conduct tours, manage admissions paperwork, and ensure a welcoming admission experience.
• Meet with prospective residents and families to educate and guide them through decisions.
• Lead and coordinate the full admissions process from referral to admission.
• Represent the facility in the community through networking, meetings, and events.
• Provide daily updates to Admissions Support Team on marketing, referrals, and admissions activity.
• Make admissions recommendations to facility leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze trends, and develop improvement action plans.
