Sycamore Heights Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to oversee the admissions process while leading marketing and outreach efforts to support facility growth. You will collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to ensure a seamless transition for residents and families.

The role focuses on building relationships with hospitals, managing tours and paperwork, and driving census through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing care setting preferred.
• Ability to understand, communicate, and promote clinical outcomes, data, and performance metrics to referral partners and the community.
• Proven experience with networking, community outreach, and coordinating community or referral-based events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; graduate-level writing or presentations are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary ambassador for the facility by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
• Coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and outreach programs to increase census and strengthen community presence.
• Conduct facility tours, manage admissions paperwork, and ensure a welcoming admission experience.
• Meet with prospective residents and families to educate, guide, and support through the decision-making process.
• Lead and coordinate the full admissions process from referral to admission.
• Represent the facility in the community through networking, meetings, and events.
• Provide daily updates to the Admissions Support Team regarding marketing efforts, referrals, and admissions activity.
• Make informed admissions recommendations to facility leadership.
• Maintain working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction feedback, analyze trends, and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for improvement.
