Job summary

Sycamore Heights Health and Rehabilitation in Louisville, KY seeks an Admissions and Marketing Director to oversee the admissions process while leading marketing and outreach to grow the facility census.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing care setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clinical outcomes, data, and metrics to partners.
• Experience with networking and coordinating community events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare marketing/admissions experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador for the facility, building relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
• Coordinate and implement marketing and outreach programs to increase census and community presence.
• Conduct facility tours, manage admissions paperwork, and ensure a welcoming admission experience.
• Meet with prospective residents and families to educate and guide them through the decision process.
• Lead and coordinate the full admissions process from referral to admission.
• Represent the facility in the community through networking, meetings, and events.
• Provide daily updates to the Admissions Support Team regarding marketing, referrals, and admissions activity.
• Make informed admissions recommendations to facility leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and develop action plans for improvement.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admissions and Marketing Director to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the admissions process while leading marketing and outreach efforts to support facility growth. You will work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct facility tours, manage admissions paperwork, and ensure a welcoming and seamless admission experience

• Meet with prospective residents and families to educate, guide, and support them through the decision-making process

• Lead and coordinate the full admissions process from referral to admission

• Actively represent the facility in the community through networking, meetings, and events

• Provide daily updates to the Admissions Support Team regarding marketing efforts, referrals, and admissions activity

• Make informed admissions recommendations to facility leadership

• Maintain working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and applicable federal and state regulations

• Monitor customer satisfaction feedback, analyze trends, and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for improvement

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing care setting preferred

• Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate, and promote clinical outcomes, data, and performance metrics to referral partners and the community

• Proven experience with networking, community outreach, and coordinating community or referral-based events

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent healthcare marketing or admissions experience)
