Tutera Group seeks a Restorative Nurse/LPN at Charlton Place Rehabilitation and Health Care Center to help residents regain function and maintain independence. You will coordinate restorative therapies and collaborate with the care team to sustain residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have active, in-good-standing LPN license in the state of practice.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
• Completion of rehabilitation and restorative therapy training preferred.
