Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting is required.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies and their representatives, and the community at large.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the facility to meet state and federal regulations.
• Supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance.
• Deliver clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.
• Ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
