The role integrates clinical services with business plans to meet quality, utilization, and financial objectives.

You will promote premier customer service and help resolve resident care issues, requiring a degree in nursing home administration and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting is required.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies and their representatives, and the community at large.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
