You will work with the activities director to lead a range of recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities, adaptable to residents' interests and abilities, including one-on-one and group settings. This role offers a supportive team and meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, senior care, or healthcare settings required.
• CNA experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to engage residents and tailor activities.
• Comfortable leading groups and one-on-one activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities.
• Lead one-on-one, small-group, and large-group activities.
• Organize games, arts and crafts, and special events.
• Provide meaningful engagement for residents with memory loss or physical limitations.
• Escort residents to activities and provide companionship.
• Prepare activity rooms and supplies before programs.
• Maintain safe and clean activity spaces.
• Maintain attendance records and activity documentation.
