Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred CNA certification or enrolled in healthcare program.
• BLS required based on location; CPR training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Administers the monthly activity calendar and keeps activities organized and upbeat.
• Regularly elicits patients/residents input into activity planning.
• Assists with simple nursing procedures and transporting patients/residents.
• Maintains MDS/EPIC documentation and demonstrates strong written/verbal communication.
• Demonstrates leadership and plans resource use to support residents' dignity and identity.
