Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Cards to own end-to-end card system features, from experience fronts to the money-movement backend. You’ll work with product, design, and risk teams to ensure reliability and scalable growth.

You’ll lead architecture discussions, ship impactful features, and raise engineering quality through code reviews and design decisions. Remote options are available within the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from idea to spec to implementation and launch.

• Maintain observability and improve operations.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and collaboration.
• Collaborate across product, design, operations, risk, compliance, and sales.
