Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Proven credibility with key customers and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a superior Customer Experience (Cx).

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Conducts scientific dialogues and in-office presentations aligned with label information.
• Organizes external speaker programs and coordinates scheduling with approved speakers.
• Maintains working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
• Collaborates with field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal Customer Experience (Cx).
