Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist for the Cardiovascular Community in the Boston Central area. The TAS drives demand, delivers a scientifically grounded customer experience, and maintains credibility with regional thought leaders and physicians.

This field-based role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, expert product knowledge, and compliant promotion across assigned territories.

Competenze

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in cardiovascular preferred.
• Demonstrated account management skills and proven sales performance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.
• Strong selling and promotional skills with a track record of performance.

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Articulates the clinical and scientific rationale for product use to generate demand.
• Maintains high scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares comprehensive territory and account plans and uses CE3 for insights and call planning.
• Collaborates with internal teams to enhance Customer Experience (Cx).
• Demonstrates scientific dialogue and in-office presentations consistent with label.
• Organizes external speaker programs and coordinates logistics.
