Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Senior Radiology PACS & Imaging Support Engineer to maintain and support Radiology Imaging platforms, including PACS, ensuring health and availability for clinical users.

The role involves incident/problem/change management, coordination with clinical, imaging operations, and vendor teams, and proactive monitoring to minimize disruption in a healthcare imaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience applying incident, problem, and change management in imaging environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with SLA adherence.
• Capability to coordinate upgrades, cutovers, and post-upgrade validation.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across clinical, imaging operations, infrastructure and vendor teams to resolve issues and minimize disruption.
• Triage incidents, identify root cause, provide workarounds and implement permanent fixes.
• Coordinate minor upgrades and validate post-upgrade health.
• Assist with go-live cutovers and post- downtime reconciliation.
• Engage clinical stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize imaging workflows.
