You will provide perioperative and postoperative care, assist surgically, harvest veins, and coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; graduate of an NCCPA accredited PA or NP program.
• 1–3 years as Surgical Advanced Practice Provider with CV surgery preferred.
• Current PA license; NCCPA certification and DEA registry required; ACLS if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative and postoperative care in cardiothoracic surgery with first assist duties.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons and care teams to coordinate patient journeys.
• Inpatient management and vein harvesting as part of operative care.
• Flexible schedule: 8–5p, Mon–Fri with call one night/week and one weekend/month.
