Novant Health Medical Group in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to support a Cardiovascular Surgery practice of 5 physicians and 7 APPs. Will provide surgical first assist and inpatient care for pre/post cardiothoracic patients, including new consults, H&Ps, discharges, and education, with some ICU and floor coverage.

Open heart surgery experience is preferred, with RNFA required for NP candidates. Minimal outpatient clinic duties may be required in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required from an ACCPA- or NCCPA-accredited PA/NP program.
• Graduate of NCCPA-accredited PA/NP program.
• 1–3 years cardiac surgery experience preferred; RNFA required for NP candidates.

Aufgaben

• Provide surgical first assist and inpatient care for pre/post cardiothoracic patients.
• Manage new consults, H&Ps, discharges, and patient education; ICU and floor care.
• Limited outpatient clinic duties as needed.
• Collaborate with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and APPs.
• Support patients at Novant Health Cardiothoracic Surgeons and Forsyth Medical Center.
