Intuitive is seeking a da Vinci Cardiac Sales Manager to lead adoption of cardiac procedures and expand da Vinci usage nationwide. You will collaborate with marketing, clinical sales, and key accounts to grow cardiac programs.

The role requires building KOL networks, creating Reference Centers, and developing sustainable pathways. Expect travel up to 60% and a strong focus on training and leadership within a dynamic sales team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Proven ability to develop KOLs and Reference Centers
• Cross-partner and teamwork experience
• Strong planning and communication skills
• Travel up to 60% across the US

Responsabilidades

• Expand Cardiac users across the Eastern/Western US to Total Practice with da Vinci
• Identify high-potential leads and drive training pathways
• Build Cardiac Reference Centers demonstrating clinical, economic, and tech impact
• Relaunch Cardiac pathways to sustain programs
• Launch da Vinci Cardiac Ecosystem for training, simulation, MACA, HUB
• Develop autonomous surgeons, teams, and programs for Cardiac
• Provide ongoing support and basic troubleshooting on the da Vinci system
• Partner with local ISI sales to execute clinical plans for KOLs and teams
• Collaborate across Clinical, Capital, Key Accounts, Marketing, Training and Education
• Present to hospital and surgical practice executives
