Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Credentials: RDCS, RCIS, RTR, or TX RN.
• BLS certified by American Heart Association.
• ACLS certified by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day Cath Lab operations including patient throughput and scheduling with physicians.
• Oversees hiring, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and coaching with the Director.
• Manages on-call staffing and skill mix across shifts.
• Ensures proper functioning of equipment and availability of supplies.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and documents via reports to Leadership.
• Contributes to policy creation and staff compliance.
