Nitra is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Sr Associate to shape the strategy, performance, and growth of our card business. You will use data to answer critical questions, optimize card performance, and drive data-backed decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

This role suits someone from investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, consulting, or a highly analytical fintech environment who wants to apply quantitative skills to a fast-moving startup building a modern card

Qualifications

2–6 years in IB/PE/hedge funds/strategy consulting or analytics
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Experience building financial models/business cases
Experience with large datasets and BI tools (Sigma/Retool/Tableau/Looker)
Advanced Excel skills with structured quantitative models
Experience partnering with Product/Engineering/Data teams to define metrics

Responsibilities

Lead feature implementations from strategy to launch with cross-functional teams
Lead partnerships and diligence for card opportunities with senior leadership
Advise founders with priorities and growth opportunities
Analyze card performance, customer behavior, and unit economics for growth
Develop and measure A/B tests across product changes and campaigns
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key metrics
