Job summary

Nitra is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Sr Associate - Card Product to shape strategy, performance, and growth of its card business. You’ll use data to answer critical questions, optimize features, and drive data-backed decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

The role suits candidates from investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, consulting, or analytical fintech, who want to apply quantitative skills in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in finance, strategy, or analytics
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience building financial models and business cases
• Understanding of unit economics and KPIs
• Experience with large datasets and BI tools
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, or data teams
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new card features from strategy to launch with cross-functional teams
• Build financial models and deal memos for partnerships and acquisitions
• Advise founders and executives with clear recommendations on priorities
• Analyze card performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and measure A/B tests for product and marketing initiatives
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor key metrics
• Define and track core card KPIs such as activation and spend
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations to translate questions into analyses
• Develop executive-ready presentations with actionable insights
• Improve card economics through data-driven insights
• Support data infrastructure and reporting automation
