Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces all safety rules and conducts safety walkthroughs.
• Reports injuries or prohibited activities to the manager.
• Delivers quality meetings and communicates metrics across shifts.
• Maintains production and quality metrics and escalates issues.
• Creates cross-training matrix and supports forecast planning.
• Ensures on-time fulfillment of all products and correct hand-offs between areas.
