Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Card Integration & Data Mapping to drive technical discovery, data mapping, and integration for credit card portfolio conversions and M&A. Hybrid work model with 3 days in McLean, VA.

The role requires 5-7+ years in credit card operations, strong data mapping and SQL skills, and experience with Jira/Confluence. You will coordinate with IT, Card Operations, Risk, and vendors to ensure smooth migration and post-conversion stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in credit card ops, card servicing, or business analysis.
• Experience supporting 2+ credit card conversions, migrations, or M&A.
• Proficient in data mapping, requirements gathering, SQL, Excel, and data reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering for card mergers and conversions.
• Develop data mapping docs aligning acquired products with existing platforms.
• Perform data analysis, field-level mapping, reconciliation, and validation.
