3Search is hiring a Senior Account Executive for Cards & Payments to drive new business with medical practices across the US. You will engage practice owners, understand financial priorities, and demonstrate how the card product adds value.

The role emphasizes owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, building credibility, and working with leadership to refine the approach. Compensation follows a 50/50 base and variable split.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in banking, lending, financial services, cards, payments or healthcare.
• Strong commercial judgement when discussing financial products with business owners.
• Ability to explain product features and financial benefits clearly.
• Proactive prospecting and relationship-building to close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and develop your own pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and product demos to close.
• Understand practice operations, identify needs, and communicate financial value of the offering.
• Build relationships with practice owners and stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine the sales approach as the team grows.
