Job summary

Nitra is hiring a Senior Account Executive to join the Sales team. This role closes deals end-to-end, building opportunities through outbound and engaging practice owners and decision-makers.

You will own a defined territory and medical specialty, navigating stakeholders to secure a compelling ROI case for Nitra Card. You will run high-volume outbound, deliver tailored demos, and speak to cash flow, working capital, and vendor dynamics relevant to medical practices.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B closing experience, typically 6+ years, owning the full deal lifecycle.
• Experience selling platform/solutions, not just a point product.
• History selling to business owners and senior decision-makers across complex purchases.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close, including discovery and signature.
• Own a defined territory and medical specialty; multi-thread across owners, managers, and finance/ops.
• Generate meetings through high-volume outbound via calls and email.
• Become the expert in your specialty and show how Nitra Card creates value for practices.
• Run deep discovery on practice finances (DSO, spend, revenue cycle) and map to Nitra Card.
• Construct and defend ROI live with practice owners and tailor a business case for change.
• Build tailored cases for each customer based on their business problem.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting relevant value.
