Job summary

Nitra is accelerating growth in the US healthcare fintech space. The Senior Account Executive will own end-to-end sales for defined medical specialties, engaging practice owners and stakeholders to build a compelling ROI case for Nitra Card and related financial products.

You will lead outbound prospecting, conduct in-depth discovery, and deliver tailored demonstrations that translate financial needs into concrete value, while navigating a multi-stakeholder buying process.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B closing experience with full lifecycle ownership.
• Experience selling platforms or suites, not single-point solutions.
• History of selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong financial literacy including P&L, cash flow, working capital.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close.
• Own a defined territory and medical specialty, multi-thread across stakeholders.
• Generate meetings via high-volume outbound activity.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each practice.
