Job summary

Nitra is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. You will own the full lifecycle of B2B deals in a defined territory and medical specialty, building tailored business cases and conducting ROI analysis for Nitra Card.

Expect high-volume prospecting, expert product demonstrations, and close collaboration with practice owners and senior stakeholders. You should have substantial closing experience, a track record selling platforms, and strong financial fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of substantial B2B closing experience.
• Experience selling a platform or suite of solutions, not a single feature.
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders including owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong financial literacy: cash flow, working capital, payables/receivables, P&L familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deal lifecycle from creation to close.
• Manage a defined territory and medical specialty.
• Generate meetings through high-volume outbound methods.
• Become the expert in the specialty and ROI for the client.
• Conduct thorough discovery to map financial drivers and value for Nitra Card.
• Construct ROI scenarios and tailor business cases for each customer.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations aligned to customer needs.
