Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for our cell therapy operations in Summit, NJ. The role focuses on producing blood component products under cGMP in a cleanroom, with a shift pattern that includes night hours.

You will participate in equipment setup, perform aseptic tasks, and support quality investigations within a team environment. The position requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred) and 0-1 years of cGMP cell therapy experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• 0-1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing, bioprocessing manufacturing, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate equipment to support production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPAs within the shift.
• Aseptic technique required for tube, welding, connections, and transfers; aseptic qualification required.
• Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure proper quantities.
• Adhere to the production schedule ensuring on-time internal logistics.
• Record production data clearly and concisely per GDPs and GMP requirements.
• Work in a cross-functional team to complete production tasks per shift schedule.
