Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy in Devens, MA, to drive routine GMP manufacturing operations in a cleanroom setting. You will perform aseptic processing, reference SOPs and batch records, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across multiple shifts.

The role requires 4+ years in cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing, a science or engineering degree, and strong teamwork to support cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

• Driven and motivated to learn and execute Cell Therapy Manufacturing operations.
• Must have the ability to work assigned shift (Day, Night, Weekends and/or Holidays).
• Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment and perform aseptic processing.
• Must be comfortable being exposed to human blood components.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient process unit operations and support operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Complete documentation required by transfer, validation, SOPs, and batch records.
• Maintain GMP compliance and quality systems during manufacturing.
• Complete training assignments to ensure necessary skills and knowledge.
• Set up manufacturing areas and equipment; assist with commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers and planning to execute daily unit operations.
