Job summary

SAIC's Solutions & Technology group seeks an experienced Capture Solutions Architect Director to join the team. Based in Chantilly, VA, with hybrid options in Reston or Arlington, the role reports to the Intel Space CTO and leads technical solution development for government captures and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 18 years of experience with progression to director-level capture/architecture roles.
• Active TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for captures and proposals in response to government RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought.
• Author technical volumes, white papers, and solution narratives from concept to completion.
• Analyze and decompose complex government requirements across multiple mission areas.
• Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and SMEs to shape winning strategies.
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and architectures into proposals.
• Develop solution architectures and implementation roadmaps tailored to customer needs.
• Engage with government customers during pre-RFP shaping activities.
