Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Capture Manager 3 to lead capture efforts, mentor teams, and drive strategy for new opportunities. You will shape technical and business approaches, work with internal and external stakeholders, and guide bids from qualification through proposal.

The role requires DoD TS clearance eligibility, 7+ years in capture/program management, and space domain experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years' experience in program management, customer management, capture, or business development with technical leadership.
• DoD TS clearance and eligibility for SCI required at application time.
• US Federal Agency experience required.
• DoD or IC Space domain experience required.

Responsibilities

• Capture Leadership and strategy development.
