Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years in Aerospace and Defense.
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate across all levels of a large organization.
• Current Top-Secret/SCI clearance; SAP clearable.

Responsibilities

• Understand market drivers and trends to shape capture strategy.
• Develop capture tactics: competitive assessments, teaming, and win analysis.
• Craft clear win themes and value propositions for capture.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate with business management, contracts and engineering offices.
• Manage investment capture funds, schedules, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with security and export control requirements.
• Lead and build high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Present to executives and manage NDAs.
