Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience.
• Proven success leading captures and securing large programs (3+ single-award wins over $50M).
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract types and payment methodologies.
• Experience leading high-stakes, multi-disciplinary capture teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage capture efforts for Army and Navy markets, including C5ISR, Aviation, Missiles & Fires, Surface and Subsurface Systems, NIWC LANT, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and CENTCOM.
• Develop and implement winning capture plans, including win themes and differentiators.
• Oversee technical and cost proposal development, ensuring alignment with requirements and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional capture teams with PMs, pricing, contracts, and BD.
• Engage customers, shape procurement approaches, and identify high-value partners and subcontractors.
• Lead gate reviews and drive competitive analysis to position SAIC offers.
