About the Role:

As a Capture Manager on our clients Business Development team, you'll drive strategic captures for our Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) business segment. Your mission will be to generate new business and develop innovative revenue streams. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for aviation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships across military market segments
  • Lead strategic campaign development, including market assessments and competitive analysis
  • Create technical white papers, win strategies, and proposals that align with revenue goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support aggressive growth targets
  • Manage marketing campaigns to promote our unmanned systems to military customers

What We're Looking For as the Capture Manager:

  • 7+ years of experience in military aviation (pilot, maintainer, or engineer) with a preference for UAS experience
  • 10+ years of business development experience with 5+ years in campaign capture
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and travel up to 50%
